I am on my first cycle and using prop at the moment, (i know prop isnt ideal as a first cycle but for various reasons i needed to use prop) and the pain in my glute and now my quad is enough to stop me training.
I heard that by diluting the prop it is less painful, I already warm the prop up etc etc
My question is, as a complete novice how do i cut my prop with grapeseed? People say i have to serilise and filter it? i havent got a clue what this means?
