Cutting plan - Diet/Training/AAS

5x week weight training ( 1 body part per week, volume type ), 7x cardio ( 5x 40min after training session, 2x 60min ).

AAS:

Test Prop 40mg ed
Tren Ace 50mg ed
Winny 50mg ed
T3 75mcg ed

3x week: Chest Day, Shoulders Day, Arms Day Training

Proteins: 340g
Carbs: 130g
Fats: 50g
Calories: ~2350 + Veggies

2x week: Legs Day, Back Day

Proteins: 340g
Carbs: 250g
Fats: 0g
Calories: ~2350 + Veggies

2x week: Cardio Day

Proteins: 340g
Carbs: 90g
Fats: 65g
Calories: ~2350 + Veggies
 
Goals?

U could probably get away with eating a little more since you're working out quite a bit.
And IMO. If you're not planning on really bulking up the protien intake wouldn't have to be as if you are trying to get huge.

And see how it works maybe adding more cardio and more food? Compare with doing proportionally less cardio and eating less. ( maybe make u feel different energy wise)
