Mega Whey Shake
w/ fat free skim milk + banana -390 cals- 4f/26c/58p
Meal 3:
6 oz. Chicken Salad -220 cals- 6f/2c/38p
2 tbs. Olive Oil -240 cals- 14f/0c/0p
Meal 4:
6 oz. Tuna -180 cals- 2f/0c/42p
1 cup Oatmeal -100 cals- 2f/19c/4p
Meal 5:
Mega Whey Shake
w/ fat free skim milk + banana -390 cals- 4f/26c/58p

I have flax seed oil and flax seed pills if they need to be incorporated anywhere.
I just started a clen only cycle to help aid, I know I should of waited to get my diet in check but I eat healthy anyways just trying to get it perfect.
My weight training and running is good, im just looking for a better diet.
