I've been training for about a year and a half on and off, when i started at 19 yrs old i was really skinny about 155 pounds 6'0 feet. now i'm about 178 pounds with 20% bodyfat. when i first started i was eating everything, as i thought because i am an ectomorph i didn't need to worry too much about my bodyfat. now i really dont know what to do, should i put on more weight first then cut or should i cut the now before my bodyfat gets any higher.
Any suggestions anyone?
