I think some of you just don't understand how all these things (keto diets, bulking diets, T3, AAS, ECA, GH, etc.) work and what the interactions (good and bad) are. It appears that many view them only as an end to build muscle, or cut fat and/or muscle.
Keep it simple. An appropriate keto diet and an anabolic agent should be more than enough to get you where you want to go.
