Cutting help please

Hi all,

I'm off round the world in 10 weeks time, and wanting to cut some bodyfat before then. I've cut before and followed all the protocols very strictly (strict diet and am cardio) and ended up pretty lean, but I ended up way too thin. I have now added a lot more size since then (done 2 cycles) and feel like I could cut fat and still be happy with myself at this lower weight.

I currently follow a bulking diet, although cals at the moment probably arent that high so realistically I'm probably just maintaining! I dont want to do a really strict cut, just want to modify things a bit so as to lose some bf from my midsection in time for going away. What should I do? I've just started fasted am cardio for 45mins, and have cut carbs quantities in my meals.

Any other suggestion on what I should do? Bear in mind its not an extreme cutting diet im after, just some tips on how to change things around so as to shed a bit, dont want to p!ss away a lot of hard earned muscle though.

Any help is greatly appreciated guys :mix:
 
post ur diet...fasting am cardio is a great way to burn all ur muscle up
 
should drink a shake prior to cardio...atleast 30 min...give ur body a recharge before puinihsing it... cardio is great to burn some fat but u should also focus on it rasing ur metabolism for the rest of the day which equals brung even more calories...

post up what u eat and will go from there :)
 
meal 1: 1 tin tune mixed with quark, 100g oats in water, apple

meal 2: 100g w/w pasta, 200g chicken breats, pesto

meal 3: 90g basmati rice, 200g steak, veg

meal 4: 1 tin mackeral, 3 weetabix in milk, 1 teaspoon ANBP

meal 5: often whatever is made by my mum, always a good meal though. sometime may contain cheese or a fatty source of some sort. should i change this meal to something specific as it may be hampering my gains?

meal 6: 1 tin tuna with quark, apple
 
losing body fat is all about being in a calorie defecit. there are no real magical ways or tricks to do so. at the end of the day its calories in calories out.
 
If you keep your protein intake high and work on a good diet, ou shouldn't lose too much muscle while losing body fat.
 
with a good diet you could do 7 weeks prop and anavar... do pct for 3 weeks then be recovered for your trip
 
cut your calories by removing some of your carbs and fat. i would also cut the cardio time to 20-30 mins in the am and 20-30 mins before bed.
