Cutting diet----please help

I need a hard core cutting diet such as atkins, low carb.....I know the basics, and I'm trying to learn more......

But, I want some advice from the elite women on what diet worked best for them, how much body fat you lost, and how long it took......

I plan on doing a strict diet for 2 months (even that may kill me) I need to lose around 20 pounds of body fat I'm estimating, to be cut-------I'm so sick of working out 6 days a week and watching my diet, yet not seeing any changes in my body, please help! I've been training for over 18 months, and have lost over 60 pounds, but now I'm down to the nitty gritty and I'm finding it very hard to lose the last couple layers.

Thanks in advance!!

yup
start cutting the carbs, i used to be a atkins/CKD freak but now i find just doing super low carbs and low fat and HIGH protein all day then just protein/carbs post workout and carbs on Saturdays to work even better.

also have u been cheating/bingeing on your diet? if so that could be one reason who are stuck.

or you just need a 1-2 week break off your diet...i dropped 25+lbs from Feb till early July, then took a few weeks off..ate like a pig ( I don’t recommend you eat like a pig just eat more carbs and food in general) and now back on the diet...my muscles are full as hell and I put on some water and some fat maybe 2lbs or so, but now I’m dropping weight again and muscles are still nice and full.

when do u do your cardio? try to do it in the am b4 u eat. and try to wait b4 u eat...i do cardio at 530am, 1st meal is 8:30am, in the beginning of the diet I used to have a 40gm whey shake at like 7am then 1st meal at 8:30am, but cut the shakes out as the diet progressed. get some yohimbe, NOT yohimburn..YET...you still have too much to lose to make it worth the price...when you have 8-10lbs left to drop then start the yohimburn.

How many cals a day are you currently eating? And what do you weigh? If you don’t count cals..to an extent…you really cant tell what the hell you are doing or where/when you need to change in your diet.

Beware - many questions ahead!

How do you take yohimbe?
And what exactly does it do?
Should you take it with an ECA?
I've seen pills and liquid form - which is better (IYO) and why?

Thanks..... sorry for the question overload.

Can you post your current diet now?? It could be some of the things you are eating...Carb rotations work best for me...I keep my proteins high and lots of veggies...i see a lot of women that take in small amounts of protein like 4oz...u wont get fat eating protein...make sure you do not skip meals...keeps metabolism going...get on the water!!! The more you drink the better...also your training has a lot to do with it as well...u need to give us more info so we can better help u.

Thanks for the replies....

I'm not looking for advice on my current diet, I simply want to know others results with low carb/high fat diets......

My diet right now is very clean, 6 days a week, with one cheat day. I've tried cutting out my cheat days, doing low carb (without the high fat), doing tons of cardio, blah, blah, blah!! lol.....I've tried it all, and I never binge or cheat on my diet----my diet is great, I've lost tons of fat, and I have lots of energy, but now I need something hard core, because its not working anymore-

So, again, if anyone has successfully done a highfat low carb diet, let me know your results and exactly what you ate :)

Thanks in advance
