My second post here but just love the site and read alot. I was wondering if anyone could give me any advice concerning what to do next.
Currently since going through a 4 year relationship breakup, which was just a little over two months ago, I have dropped from 295 to 249. Amazing what you can do when something like that happens. I have been stuck at that weight and am exploring options on what to do next on the pharmaceuitcal end. My nutrition is fine, I eat clean and just not alot since the appetite is gone especially after a breakup.
Here is what I am currently taking now and am curious as to where go next to help me get over the hump a little more.
Thermadryne--3 times a day, 3 tabs.
Male Fuel-- 2 times a day, 3 tabs. (for the Yohimbe)
Super Vanady Fuel--2 times a day, 3 tabs.
Cytomel---2 tabs a day. 50mcg.
Don't get me wrong, I want to get to around 225, but I have alot of people tell me that they think I shouldn't lose anymore. (I am 6'3") I have been lifting for around 13 years now, know everything in the world on how to lift. I also have been hitting the gym at least, usually 7 times a week, with at least an hour of cardio a day, usually running.
What do you think my next move is to get to 225 guys???
I was thinking about doing some sauce, maybe some Winny, to help me lean out, but I don't want to get any heavier, and I also don't want to take anything that will possibly get me gyno. I have had lipo around the flanks and stomach and had some gyno removed from the old football college cycle days.
Any reccomendations would help, and if I left any info out I will be more than happy to fill in the blanks.
And is there aything topical to help with tightening skin. LOsing that weight has made my skin alot looser and was wondering if there was anything that I could use to help regain some elasticity or tightness.
