Whats up guys....im in the middle of an EQ@600mg a week/Enthanate@400mg a week cycle. Also taking stacker 2 and r-ala with carb meals. My goal is to maintain weight and lose bodyfat. So far my diet has allowed me to do this but its been a slow process..do you think i should make changes to the diet or do you think i have to just concentrate on cutting and lose bodyweight too? Im 6'2 220@8% 22yrs old
This is my usual diet: (every 3 hours)
1) 9 egg whites/1 whole egg/2 pieces of whole wheat bread/ 2 slices of fat free cheese - 55P 40C
2) 8 ounces chicken breast/bowl of oatmeal - 60P 70C
3) 6 ounces chicken/ beans - 60P 60C
~workout
4)Protein shake 50grams protein(optimum whey)
5)8 ounces chicken/brown rice - 70P 85C (post workout)
6) tuna/chicken/brocoli - 50P, very little carbs
7) 8 ounces chicken/ 2 servings of deluxe mixed nuts - 60P 35F (right before bed)
8) Protein shake 50 grams (middle of the night)
this diet breaks down to about:
450 grams protein
260 grams carbs
45 grams fat
about 3200 calories
