Cutting and flatness

When I cut up, is having my muscles flat just a part of the game or is there anything I can do to keep myself losing fat but not have the flat look on my muscles??????

(cutting naturally btw)

seems to hit me the same on the low carb diets, due to glycogen stores and all that... hit up a Carb up sometime and you'll blow back up to size.

Just think that its temporary and you will be back to normal in 4-6 weeks, or whenever diet is over

Lack of muscle glycogen and water would be the culprit. I would suggest adding creatine, glycerol and some carbs after the workout w/ Glucorell-R.

Dosages:
1-2 Tbsp. Glycerol a day
15g creatine per day
100mg G-R w/ 40g dextrose and 50g protein post workout

If he's using glycerol, I would drop creatine alltogether - cell volumization and saturation, as well as recovery, achieved by glycerol are unparalleled by creatine, not to mention glycerol doesn't bloat you for 24/7 which is good if you wish to yield cosmetic appeal from your diet.

Don't see the reason for that; a combination of both would be optimal. Glycerol positives are over-hyped and marginal at best.
