Curl problems

im having problems doing curls because each time lift with a weight,even an extremely light one,it is very light then suddenly i hit "failure" and can no longer lift the weight,damn i cant get a good workout like this!anyone experience this?
 
that happens to me w/ every exercise at times. Somehow i know if i do one more i'll hit the wall. And sometimes spotters get pissed and say you could have done 1 more, hwen i do, do 1 more and i know i hit the wall the spotter ends up picking up everything. I don't know why that happens but it happens sometimes.
 
I definetly get that with biceps. For some reason they fatigue very easily, not sure why. I find that I just have to try to do a couple very intense sets for biceps (sometimes only one set). Seems to be working for me...
 
Already using it. It seems to help overall though. However, I've had this problem before I started taking creatine, my biceps just seem to get tired easily compared to the rest of my body, not sure why.

Post some great informative posts start some good informative debates ect.. and you get stars. Obviously someone screwed up and gave me some by mistake.
 
Are you failing on your lift at the same point in your motion? I ran into this awhile back. I would hit a sticking point at about halfway through the motion or little below halfway. It was frustrating, but I started concentrating on a preacher curl machine and started my motion a little below my sticking point and kept at it untill I the sticking point was gone, gradually increasing the weight during the process. Worked great and I haven't had that problem again.
 
I get that too.... sometimes with curls, but mainly with bench press.

I'm going along fine, think I could probably get 7 or 8.... 4th rep is easy, and then all of a sudden I'm dead. 4th rep was easy, but I can't get the 5th one out....

.... wouldn't have a clue why it happens, but you're not alone.
