I would like to know, especially from personal trainers who have a lot of experience with women and even those who've been in the bodybuilding business for a while, if these are typical, or average results for a woman. It's just a question I got curious about and really want to know, here goes:
I've been lifting since March 2000 (so 2 years next month) but never kept track of my results or got on a serious cutting diet til August of this past year. I am 100% natural, have never used nor plan on ever using AS. Here is what I've found that I've accomplished in the past 5 months.
-Went from 22% body fat to 17% body fat (so I averaged a rate of 1% body fat loss per month).
-Gained 5 lbs of muscle mass (so a rate of 1 lb per month).
It's just that after reading others' results that I'm beginning to think my results are not typical for a natural and I just want to know from the vets and veteran personal trainers if my results are atypical. Thanks in advance for the responses. I'm really serious about this.
