Cruising dosages?

For you that cruise how much Anti-E/ DHT inhibitor do you use?

Im currently using 1 mg of finasteride ED and don't know how much letro I should use. I usually use .5 mg to 1.5 mg depending upoun how much test im cruising with. Right now im gonna use 250 mg but will bump it up to 500 mg soon. I know Finasteride puts a lot of more estrogen in your body espcially if there is more test in your body (more test = more DHT to convert into estrogen).

Right now im taking 1mg but im allways worried about hurting my sex drive versus having to much estrogen and getting facebloat/ estrogenic fat deposits.

For you that are doing the same thing as me/ aren't but have good advice how much Letro do you think I should be using? Thanks I've wanted to take a step back and look at my letro usage

Cruise dose for "elite athletes" is about 400 ( just a generalization)

250 is more like regular joe cruising.

As far as daily Anti E use half a dose of Aromosin would be plenty ( 12.5 mgs) ( at the 400 dose) and preferred as its better on your Choles levels being as its steroidal based Aromatise inhibitor.


You wont need the Proscar or Dutasteride if you are not prone to issues of excess DHT such as Prostate and / or Scalp issues.

I am a little prone and like using Finasteride anyways. How much should this effect my anti E amount?

Is aromasin goign to help me in any way as opposed to using letro? Because Aromasin is a significantly higher price and puts it at a significant disadvantage in that respect.
