Trying to lose bf and drop weight with my girl. I have put our workout in a excel format. Please check it out and let me know what you guys think. Thanks.

Her:

We plan on working out at least 3 times a week, most likely more though. We'll be increasing the HIIT each week.

Curls - 3x10
Back ext. 3x10

*Dips
Abs - 300

Day 2

HIIT - 14 mins. eliptical

Lower
Leg press 5x12
- each leg
Hams - 3x12
Leg ext. - 3x12
Calfs - 3x12

Lunges - 2 laps

Day 3
-Cardio only-

Stairs - 15 mins.
Bike - 20 mins.
Walk - 30 mins.

id defin make a post in the diet section and get some advice.. at u 2's weight i think those calories are way to low to begin with and you might go into starvation mode. are you working out at home or at a gym? reason i ask is because you lack barbell exercises like bench press/squat/deadlift. you might wanna look into like the 3x5 program and work out m w f with ur hitt after each workout then tues thurs do a brisk walk for 45min.

i would recommed bringing the cardio time up a little more. I did the high intensity training for a little while but i find 30-45 min at a slower steay pace shed pounds ALOT quicker than 10-15 min of high intensity cardio. But that may just be me.

bro i think the HIIT training is perfect..i used that back awhile ago..it got me ripped in 4 weeks!!!>>but ive always had low bf..but it made me look sick!!>.hiit training all the way..i also used a speed parachute with it.. killed me!..

Well...yea... Something that is 1.5 times as effective as something else done at 3x the duration yields a half as effective result.

At OP:

Your routine is pretty meh. Drop the isolation exercises and do the core workouts. Squat, bench, shoulder press, deadlift, rows, cleans. Read the training vault sticky at the top of these forums for more information. Also, 3 days a week of exercise is pretty minimal for losing weight. Do 5 or preferably 6 if you can.

As for your diet, 2000 calories is a bit low. I wouldn't drop below 2200/2300 at your weight. I suggest reading the "book burn the fat, feed the muscle." After having cut on multiple occasions, I find it significantly more advantageous to have a good understanding of my body and the problems that occur while cutting.

Good luck.

If you are trying to lose fat, I would recommend a circuit training for her along with the HIIT, and full body workouts 3 to 4x a week for you. Deads, Squats, Powercleans are all great compound movements to have in your workouts. This will keep your heart-rate up, along with no more than 60 seconds between sets.
