critiquemy diet please

Soemone critique my diet...its working well for me...just wondering if i should change it??

brkfast: 1/3 cup oatmeal with half small apple, and soem craisions
1 cup of lacotse free skim milk

treat: oatmeal raisin cookie ( beleive in a small treat each day instead of one whole day of binging)

Lunch: ww tortilla wrap(small) with chicken
(or)
veggie bruger on two ww bread
*veggies or soup sumtimes with lunch

dinner: lean meat
veggies (broccoli)
salad


Sometimes i switch it up and have eggwhites....healthy request soup also

post workout: protein shake
 
i also have npb nad almonds to snakc on if im hungry.... i used to eat 5 mini meals a day..but i am way to busy...it took up too much time, and i like 3-4meals a day...medium/small sized ones..they keep me satisfied and not too much time worrying that i have to eat every 2-3hours
