I am still messing with my diet to see how my body reacts to different foods. Currently I am 5'11 205lbs 12% bf. I want to get up to 215lbs while trying to keep the BF at 12% until March April then cut down into single digits BF. current diet:

8am
8oz (beef (flank or top round), pork tenderloins, chicken (breast or tenderloins), turkey, deer (tenderloins), bison)
1 cup of veggies
1 apple
1 black coffe

11am:

6oz (beef, pork tenderloins, turkey, deer, bison)
1 cup of veggies

1pm:

6oz (beef, pork tenderloins, turkey, deer, bison)
1 cup of veggies

4pm:

4oz (beef, pork tenderloins, turkey, deer, bison)
1 cup of veggies

530-7 workout/cardio

700pm:
PWO shake: 52g protein, 8g carbs, 2g sugar

830pm:
8oz (beef, pork tenderloins, turkey, deer, bison)
1 cup of veggies
1/2 cup brown rice or a sweet pot.

11pm:
4oz meat
cucumber splash of lime juice and balsamic

bedtime

veggies consist of: spinach, green beans, brocolli, cucmbers, carrots, cauliflower, snap peas

The breakdown average is:
Cals: 2800
Protein: 290g
Carbs: 110g
Fats: 98g
 
Try having carbs in Postworkout shake and not having carbs in your last 2 meals.

Give the body time to adjust before making assumptions. Atleast 30 days

So you're wanting to put on 10 lbs muscle with a lean and low-moderate cal diet by March? Not sure if i read that right or are you on a cycle or sarms?
