critique please....next cycle

deca..........1 vial per week
POSSIBLE

please help, any suggestions are welcomed, i'm already just trying to figure out how to use it all...thanks

Up the Sust to 500mg/week and Deca to 300-400mg/week and run them both for 10 weeks, run the D-Bol for 4-5 weeks (the first 4-5 weeks) and make sure you have Clomis for post cycle. Good luck!
