Critique my routine!! Is this something you have done or would do?

Day 1: Chest / front and side delts (12 sets / 8 sets)
Day 2: Legs / Calves (12 sets / 6 sets)
Day 3: OFF
Day 4: Back / Rear delts and traps (9 sets / 8 sets)
day 5: Biceps / Triceps (8 sets / 8 sets)
Day 6: OFF

Repeat
 
I like everything except for day 5. By working triceps hard on this day you only give it one day of break before hitting chest and chest exercises hit the triceps, unless of course you use just isolation exercises or even if you pre-exhaust your muscles by doing isolation before compound movements I feel this still wouldn't be as effective. At least from a functional strength standpoint.
