Ok, would like to hear your opinions.
Im extremly low on money for the moment, but this is the best sources of protein i can afford, til im getting a job.
Anyway here it goes:
Cottage chesse
Low fat cheese
Proteinpowder
Im eating 400grams of protein a day, whit 150-180grams coming from proteinpowder.
The rest, as u understand comes from the lowfat cheese and cottage cheese.
Also, i know that oatmeal and pasta, dont containg a whole protein source, but combining them whit the cheese makes that protein count aswell, so 30-40 grams is from that too.
What do u think?
Can i manage this, or is it a problem?
