Critique My Juiced Workout

Alright fellas, let me have it. Just remember I am juicing, thats why the rest periods are kind of short.

Day1-Chest/Front+Side Delts
Day2-Back/Bi's/Rear Delts
Day3-Off
Day4-Legs/Triceps
Day5-Off
Day6-Repeat Day1

Here's my exercises:

Chest/Front+Side Delts
3 sets flat barbell bench
3 sets incline dumbell
3 sets decline cable fly or incline db fly
3 sets millitary press
3 sets front dumbell raises
3 sets side dumbell raises

Back/Bi's/Rear Delts
3 sets bentover rows
3 sets widegrip pulldowns
3 sets cable rows
3 sets reverse flys
3 sets dumbell curls
3 sets isolation curls

Legs/Tri's
4 sets squats
4 sets leg press
2 sets leg curls
3 sets calf raises
3 sets close grip
3 sets weighted dips

So tell me what you think. I know legs and tri's are weird to work on the same day, but for some reason I love working tri's, so I really don't mind doing them after a stiff leg workout.

Yeah, never heard of legs and tris on the same day, but I don't see anything wrong with that. Looks solid to me overall, whether you're juicing or not. Only thing I'd add is a little more volume for calves and some forearm stuff.

Thanks for the replies men. Gymtime- I forgot, I do my forarms after my biceps are done. Grimmer- Do you mind me asking how come you don't train like this anymore, if it worked?? Grizzly, I do widegrip pullups as my warmup. If I try adding weight however, I can't really do that many with good strict form.
Thanks again if anyone else has any input, its always appreciated.
