What do you think?

I agree, I don't like the post workout meal or the preworkout meal. For Post Workout, the whey is good to get protein fast but the fats in the peanut butter will just slow it down. Also, I would change the carb source to either dextrose or something high GI. Preworkout I would have carbs and protein for energy, but if what you have works for you then keep it. Finally, whey at night is not a good idea, nor is the large amount of carbs. I would lower the carbs in the last meal a bit, and add some cottage cheese or meat that is slow digesting. I like the DC influences early on, but a few things need to be changed.

should pre-workout carbs be high gi also? is dextrose pretty cheap? If not would gatorade make a decent substitute?

ok what if i was to have a gatorade or something like that with my preworkout steak and during my workout, then, for my post workout meal, i'll cut out the pbnj and have a bowl of cereal and a protein shake. then before bed i'll cut out the beans and protein shake and snack on some beef jerky or something like that. does this look pretty good or do i need to make more changes?

i;d cut the fat down to under 60g 80% coming from efa's...

Cut out the milk... Instead grab some eas low carb prot shakes, the premade ones...

post workout meal sucks... i recommend getting twinlab carb fuel... Its made of 80% dextrose, 20% fructose... Its only like 20 bones for enough for 30 50g carb shakes... Throw in a prot shake with it.

Cut out the jelly unless its sugar free, and make sure you get the all natural PB... I recommend throwing some splenda in there when you mix the PB up.

forget the olive oil and go with fish oil or flax

throw in some green veggies with meal 3 and 4

fuck the pinto beans and go for black beans

throw in a peice of fruit with breakfast

thats about it
