Critique my bulk diet please.

Ok i had another thread but it sorta wasnt for critque. Anyways came up with a 1 day example wanna see if its ok overall, Macros etc.

Stats:

27
5.10-11
171lb

Maintenance cals were around 2700-3000

This is a non training day so training days would be slightly higher due to dextrose and a pre-workout snack. Oh and normally it wouldnt be carbonara sauce it would be something tomatoe based.

lots of different sources, very varied looking...where's the alcohol coming from?? That sauce? Looks good, very different from my own diet because I'm verrrry poor right now, so I eat mostly peanut butter, chicken patties(27 for $10!) eggs and 500 calorie meal bars...you should be putting on weight easily the way youre goin tho
 
must be the sauce but as said never have that it was just a example diet of food i threw together. Im trying to mix it up abit as i dont want to eat the same shit every day.

can i ask about the food combinations? assume meal timing is every 2-3 hours?
Fast food eggs made me wonder about how much of that egg is real, also its going to be cooked on a grill in som veg oil or butter

Is that pasta white?

You eating complex carbs berfore bed?

Yea, I was kind of curious what fast food eggs were as well..3 whole eggs should only be around 210 cals.
 
Ok i wasnt sure about egg contents as in cals etc so that all i could find on fitday. Normally i would throw in a few eggs abit of milk salt and pepper and microwave them.

Before bed i only have protein no carbs, the last meal of carbs is around 8-9pm. Meals are around 2 hours apart.

combos would be something like:

Breakfast:

Whey 1 serving
Porridge (ready Brek)
Milk half pint
1 peice of toast with sugar free jam
Flax And Cod liver oil

Snack:

Whey 1 serving
Apple
Tuna 1 tin

Lunch:

2 Peices Of wholemeal Bread
chicken (varies)
Flax and codliver oil


Snack:

Apple
Tuna 1 can
Whey Shake

Dinner:

Chicken with pasta/rice and some sauce (pasta lately has been white, but rice wholemeal) this is just due to not having any in.
Flax Oil

Snack:

Shredded Wheat 2 of with half pint of milk
2 X spoons of peanut butter (the shitty kind at the minute)

Snack:

Chicken or beef with 3 scrambled eggs (done as stated above)

Snack:

Whey shake

You can find eggs under the dairy & egg section under the browse tab. If you are eating whole eggs select raw, then 1 large,medium.jumbo etc whatever you think the size. There are also options for yolks & whites.

I wanted to make sure you were not eating the fruit without a protein.

I like the pro & fat before bed, that follows with a good breakfast too.

I think you should run this 2 weeks and assess energy levels.
