Have this thread on the training board, but realized a copy might be helpful for me here too.

Ok, I finally got my photos to upload. I have a photo shoot next weekend, and I'm still not as hard as I should be. As you can see in the pictures I'm holding too much water around the waist, lower back, outside of pecs, and my hams. Also having trouble filling back out during recarbing, took the pics 36 hours into my refeed and my tri's are still tiny and am still holding subcontainious water. I shouldn't have any tren left in my system, since I came off of it 6 days ago. Currently on winny, femara, t3 and took 75 mg of dyazide the night before the photos and another about 4 hours before first thing in the morning. Any pointers would be welcome. Honest critiques of my body are welcome, just be constructive and remember I've only been training for 3 1/2 years. Anywho, I'm down to 206 (from 235) at the moment. Would like to come in about 195-198 next weekend.

6 days off tren or any oils does not mean the oil properties are out of the system bro..........u should cut those out weeks in advance, and be on all water based gear if you are looking for maximum definition.

For help on your final week, check out my "7 days to ultimate leanness" in T-Mag........it appears two weeks ago, and works like a charm. It should help you with your holding of water and not filling out. Good luck!

Thanks for the advice SC. I've also got this thread running on the training board, and it has about 10 replies now. I'm surprised no one said anything until this morning on this one. I did cut the tren two weeks from when I need to do my other pics. I cut my test enathate out two weeks before that (to give me 4 weeks for it to be out of my system). Right, I'm just running winstrol right now. What I concluded is that for the last week I need to cut my sodium out, do no serious lifting. Just do cardio and some curcuit training for 4 days on no carbs to delplete. Then spend a full 3 days carbing up and resting. WIll use lasix to drop the rest of the water. About 8 hours after the pictures were taking I was up 9 ibs, and my tri's and quads finally started filling out. They look tiny in the pics, and I was alot harder. The extra carbs seemed to work well in drawing alot of the extra water out from under my skin. Anyway, if I can drop enough water I think I can come in at 195-198 for the final pics, even carbed up. Any other pointers you can throw in would be helpful. While not everyone seems to agree with you, alot people seem to be getting results from your contest-prep advice, so I would consider you to be a good source of information on the subject.
