Criticize my bulk diet

Hey guys I want you to check out my diet and criticize it for me. First off im 5"11, 163lb roughly 9% bf. This is my first time trying to bulkup(mainly did lifting to lose weight) im trying to get up to about 185. I lose weight very easily so figured i gain it easily too, so heres my diet.

1. 3 whole eggs, 1cp oatmeal(dry),1/2cp 2% milk, 2pc wheat bread(low carb)
Tot-655 cal/38p/81c/23f

2. Pro. shake, chicken breast, 1.5cp brown rice
Tot-750 cal/69/102/9

3. 2 cans tuna on plain lettuce,1cp cottage cheese
Tot-580 cal/102/8/12

4. chicken breast, 2.5cp grn beans, 1pc wheat(low carb)w/2Tbsp ANPB
Tot-600 cal/45/46/25

(PWO)5. Pro. shake, 1/4lb hamburger(no bread), can of beans, 1cp mash potatoes
Tot-915 cal/70/157.5/28

(Before Bed)6. can of tuna,1.5cp cottage cheese
Tot-510 cal/75/12/15

Grand Tot-4010 cal/399p/406.5c/112f roughly 40/40/20

If off day then can of beans dropped from #5. I also plan on putting flaxseed or some fish oils in once i get some doe. Im also taking vitamins.

yeah im taking creatine in the morning plus after workout with 5g glutamine PWO and 5g 2 hrs later.
