I have some joint issues from practicing gymnastics, I take genacol but it makes no difference, somebody told creatine is much better for that problem, what are your thoughts about it boys and gals, thank you.
what you have here is chronic inflammation. pretty much every gymnast i know has this because you pound away non stop for years and doctors/trainers will tell you to just tuff it out and take anti-inflammatories. this idiocy makes the injury chronic
I would suggest you try n2jointrx, ostarine from sarms1, and get krill oil. also up your omega 3's in general.. that should help you bigtime .. i wish you luck
These are the best things you can take to help with joint pain:
-N2JointRX 5 caps per day (n2bm.com)
-Ostarine 25mg per day (sarms1.com)
-Nutrobal 25mg per day (sarms1.com)
-Fish Oil 6-10g per day
I couldnt agree more with what @stevesmi and @masonicbodybuilder said
The best joint supplement stack you can put together is: 5 tablets n2joint rx from n2bm.com + 25mg ostarine from sarms1.com + 3-6g of a high quality fish oil per day http://needtobuildmuscle.com/store/Health-And-Wellness/N2Joint-RX-p319.html http://www.evolutionary.org/ostarine-mk-2866-anabolic-steroids/
This will actually help heal and repair your joints and ligaments, along with reducing pain and inflammation.
Creatine doesnt work at all for joints, so it wont do much. However a good MSM glucosamine supplement or a supplement mix like N2JointRX will do much more repair than you expect
