I had my cheat meal last night, which was a rather large one. Part of it involved drinking a large hot chocolate with lots of whipped cream.
Today I am craving sugar hard core! All I want to do is drink my Crystal Lite because it tastes like Kool-Aid, and in just a few hours I'm already almost through a pack of sugar-free gum. As soon as one piece loses its sweet taste I pop another.
My sugar cravings weren't nearly as bad this past week. Anyone think this could be a reaction to the cheat meal last night?
