Man I have the worst sweet tooth! I normally low carb most of the time, so in the evenings when I'm just sitting around doing nothing I just want to eat cake, cookies, chocolate. Sometimes I will sit and eat a whole tube of cookie dough or half of a flat cookie cake. Talk about junk! I do that like several times a week, fortunately I still maintain a 9-10% bodyfat.
Well, I was reading up on 5-HTP and bought some from BAC to control these cravings. I have been using it for over 2 weeks now and absolutely love it. My diet has been absolutely perfect for over 2 weeks now. And even less than 50grms of carbs per day! I dont even really crave or think about sweets hardly as much. I has also helped balance moods.
