schedule cheat days with a meal of your fav. food once a week then try to get that every other week then to once a month.

as for sugars, i get them in after an intense workout.

What the others said. . .cyrstal lite is a staple in my diet. Best thing is to give your body cheat days, you need it anyways.
 
Man I have the worst sweet tooth! I normally low carb most of the time, so in the evenings when I'm just sitting around doing nothing I just want to eat cake, cookies, chocolate. Sometimes I will sit and eat a whole tube of cookie dough or half of a flat cookie cake. Talk about junk! I do that like several times a week, fortunately I still maintain a 9-10% bodyfat.

Well, I was reading up on 5-HTP and bought some from BAC to control these cravings. I have been using it for over 2 weeks now and absolutely love it. My diet has been absolutely perfect for over 2 weeks now. And even less than 50grms of carbs per day! I dont even really crave or think about sweets hardly as much. I has also helped balance moods.
 
CLEMDOG, that´s good to hear. Never tried 5HTP, how much and when do you take it? What is the recommended dosage?

I hear you, sweet are my weekness, I crave them to death. Crystal light is key, sugar free jello is always good (put some fat free redi-whip and it tastes gret) If I am craving chocalate I get an iced coffee with loads of sweet and low, tastes really good. Care free Koolerz gum is also really good, the tastes lasts for about 2 minutes but helps with the craviungs.
