Back day today, and got my PR for deads, did 225 for 5x5 fairly easy...good form. Jumped 20lbs from last week, it's my 4th week of doing deads, thats the reason I jumped a little higher, I'm goin for 245 next week since this was so easy.
Good work! Don't get too caught up in the numbers, focus on progress.
Since you're so new to DL's please be carefull when adding weight quickly, it's could spell injury. I might get jumped for this, but I don't add more than 10lbs a week anymore even when on.
