I bought some Accu-Measure calipers online and I was just wondering if any of you know how (in)accurate they are. They're not digital 
and they were only $7 so I'm guessing they'll be pretty crap? Could they be off by more than +/-1.0% though? I want to prepare myself before I use them cos if they give me some crazy high number I'm likely to freak!
Also, for a home measurement, what method and brand do you most highly reccommend?
