This happened to me twice this year. I do 20 rep deads and i can feel my ass start to cramp arnd rep 11-12. Thats when i'm really feeling it. It gets so bad till i just have to lie on the floor till the cramping subsides than finish up the set.
I do my stretching and warm up sets but i still cramp up. Is there a better way to prevent cramps? Or should i just work through it?
