I just did a search on them and read up. Impressive animals, they are smarter than domestic dogs. I think they got our cat. She got out a few days ago and hasn't come back. She should have listened to me.

the that turned my grill into a fkin mess wasn't too smart to be running across the 101 at 8pm...

That's a possibility. There's about a dozen cats next door that live outside most of the time. She has been in heat. I don't miss her at all. I hope she's happy and stays outside. My daughter doesn't seem to be all that worried and it's her cat.

They're everwhere, especially in the rural areas. But rarely seen for as many of them as there are.

This sounds very fishy!!

you should be talking! the cat in your avatar is responsible for countless missing pets! :D

it's a very beautiful animal though -- i was hunting a while ago, and I saw one... must have weighed atleast 150 pounds.

I see one every once and awhile.

Last year I was playing golf at the course in my neighborhood and there was one in the middle of the fairway on hole #10. He or she (I couldn't tell) gave my wife and I a look and then took off out of sight.

I guess you missed my thread about people throwing cats and kittens into my backyard with my two boxers then??

I killed four in one season a few years ago.My father had a small farm we used to hunt on.Coyotes have became over populated in this area over the last ten years so the farmers are losing alot of animals.

They don't get that big.It must have been a wild dog.

coyotes are noctournal animals thats why u dont see many in the daytime. they are very smart but no match for my 7mm mag.

Where do you live, the western part of America?

I like coyotes, they look very similar to my dog.

I know it soudns stupid, but if I ever say one I'd try and play with it except for the fact it may have rabis, which is bad.

Is this the same cat that your daughter begged you to get? And she doesn't seem to care that it's possibly dead?

Super.

some live down the road from me,I live just on the boarder of the country and we use to sled at night at a farm down the road and they would be at the bottom and watch us come down the hill

very cool animals
