Couple questions, why do people say brock is WAY bigger than frank mir?

Why do people say this like its a HUGE difference. I mean there the same height, Frank mir is 261, and brock is 265. Brock is only 280 and fat as hell.
So theres really only a 4 pound difference.
and my other question is...

Who do you think would win in a fight, fedor or dwight howard the 7 foot basketball player?

I think heavyweights have a 265 pound weight limit. So Brock only weighs that much when he hops on the scales after he dehydrates himself. When he fights a day he goes back up to what he normally weighs.
