raw: barx5, 135x5, 185x2 (kept hitting the pins by accident)
6 board: 225x3, 275x3, 325x3, 355x1, 375x1(PR OF 5 POUNDS)
390x1(PR OF 20 POUNDS!!)
5 board: 225x3, 275x3, 325x1, 345x1(PR OF 5 POUNDS),
370x1(PR OF 30 POUNDS!!!!)
4 board: 225x3, 275x3, 325x1(uneven lockout), 345x0 (spotter grabbed it too early), 345x0, 345x1 (PR OF 5 POUNDS)
plate raises: 35x10, 45x10
ok, i made 20 and 30 pound PRs after only 2 weeks. the scary thing is, i had more left in the 6 and 5 board. i go for a PR on every board once per week (i'm training metal militia style, with some DE bench added in)
i was just too tired at the end (workout lasted 1.5 hours), so i was having a little difficulty with the 4 board, but still got my PR
i think my weight is down to about 245. i dont want to lose much more and have my shirt not fit tight enough.
my knees are both killing me at times and they click when i walk sometimes. oh well!!
