Thanks for the compliments, I need it right now with all this dieting . My show is in about three more weeks. I was 218lbs in these picks I am trying to come in at around 210Lbs at or around 3%. Currently I am 213, coming down from 247 four months ago. I'll try and post some measurements in a few days. My avatar was taken on the day of my first show last year, I weighed in at 198.
