In the morning, I have a quadruple chocolate shake for breakfast.

1/2 scoop (15g) Syntha-6 Chocolate Peanut Butter Whey Protein (70cal, 8g protein, 3g net carbs total)
1 scoop (33g) GNC Pro Chocolate Whey Protein (130cal, 20g protein, 4g net carbs total)
Two heaping teaspoons of Hersheys unsweetened cocoa (20cal, 2g net carbs total)
Walden Farms Calorie-Free Chocolate Syrup (0cal, 0g net carbs total)
2 packets Splenda (0cal, 0g net carbs total)
4oz. Friendship 2% Digestive Health Cottage Cheese (90 cal, 14g [casein] protein, 2g net carbs total)
5g Glutamine, 5g Creatine

Add water for desired consistency...I don't add too much because I like it thick and creamy.
