I would like to add corn back into my diet. Would this be a good idea? Post workout maybe? I absolutley love corn. I am so tired of everything I eat being green!
Corn is higher in sugar content, but I think its good to throw in "different colors" every now & then. I guess if I were lookign to make significant progress on a diet I would keep the corn to maybe 1-2 meals per week. Or save it for part of your cheat meal? Corn on the cob was something that I always felt was required for a "good" barbeque on Sunday afternoon. But that's just me
