Post what product you are using and how much you want to take. There is no direct conversion unless we know what the concentration per ML is.

So I'm taking it for weight loss purposes. I plan on starting @20mcg. And doubling the dose every day until I reach 120mcg. Then tapering down in that same order

What is the product you are using? Multiple people have asked and you haven't answered.
You say you have liquid but there is no way to convert to mcg without knowing what you have.
You also don't need 120mcg of clen. 80mcg is more than enough for an experienced user.. Have you ever used it before?
