I'm on week 4 of LGD and HCGENERATE. I've gained about 6 pounds and quite a bit of strength. Diet has been good but not great (something I'm working on) but I would like to continue the cycle another 4 weeks or so, are there any recommendations on what to add? Is s4, gw, or others a good fit here?
