ok so my one weakness when dieting is sugar ginger ale specifically
my question is , or thought rather is that since complex carbs are broken down into simple sugars anyway .........would it be ok to ingest ginger ale every meal instead of say oatmeal just to a lesser amount since the complex carbs would be spread out more evenly and the sugar would be utilized nmore readily kind alike comparing propionate to cypionate
and stop fucking lecturing me on proper diet unless you enclose a pic and know you can beat me in a contest
