I'm 36, weight 84kg, height 5'11 and having been training for 7 years by end this year.
The last 4 years have been very strict in diet and training.
My diet as follows:
Protein 384.8, Carbs 309.7 and fats 73.7 = total calories 3484.6 for 6 days and day 7 is lower in calories generally as it's rest day.
I train 5 days a week and cardio 3 times weekly.
I intend to run the following:
Week 1 -10: Test E 250mg
Week 13 - 16: nolvadex or clomid
My supplier recommend 250mg for test e, is that amount right as I have read people doing from 300mg to 500mg or higher...
I think this is quite basic for a first cycle, any advise if I should add anything, is 10 weeks considered short and if the dosage is fine.
