Hey everyone, I'm looking to get some advice from people on whether I should bulk or cut.
I'm currently 6ft tall, 209lbs and roughly 12.5-13% body fat at the moment. In the past I did a 6 week cycle of a Superdrol clone called T Bullets and had fantastic results. During this I did a lean bulk.
It's now approaching summer and I'm confused. Should I bulk again with the Superdrol clone which I currently have on hand or cut? If cutting which cycle would be best? Tren etc.
On my lean bulk i was consuming around 3300 calories per day. For a proper bulk i've been told it would be beneficial to consume around 4000 calories per day.
I'm just confused as to which one to go for, I have to admit I would love some abs for summer.
A friend who is many years older than myself (23) did offer the advice that I could bulk for the next 4 weeks with the Superdrol and then cut for another 4 followed by my PCT. This is perfect timing for my trip abroad for 2 weeks.
Any suggestions/advice would be extremely valuable to me!
