Concern over mercury levels in fish? HELP!

For lunch everyday I have:

2/3 cup of !00% whole duram wheat pasta
4.5 oz oz albacore tuna
5 oz. of veggie
dash of rough ground mustard (for taste)
1/2 tsp. of wheat germ
Hydroxycut, Total EFAs and chromium piccolate

It's a modified version of the lunch in "Body Sculpting Bible for women" (They wanted me having 2/3 cups of WHITE rice. Yeah right.)

I read in SHAPE magazine yesterday, which just seems to be a parade of anorexics in very cute workout gear, that eating too much fish could raise the body's mercury levels so high that oen could die. Canned tuna is included...should I be worried?

I just love my albacore-no drain-bag-o'0tuna everyday! Waah!

Not sure, but I eat at least a can of Tuna a day and im still here. Would be interested in any info.....

*exclamer* Subjective information.

Well 'they' say to have around 2 servings of fish per week is healthy and anything more or less is 'less' healthy.

One other thing.. I'm not totally sure if its related, but I decided I'd buy scrap fish tail cuts of salmon. There cheaper and I think they taste great. A day or 2 after I ate them I got the 'eye ticks' in my left eye. My eye would uncontrollably tick maybe 0-10 times per hour. The ticks lasted for about 2 weeks. They disappeared after day 5 on a water fast which I continued for 5 more days and the tics never came back.

Just use caution. Mercury is hard to expel from the body yet absorbs so easy..
