This Saturday, Oct. 11, House Bill 349 goes down in the record books and becomes a part of Missouri history. The state just passed a controversial law, adding Missouri to the majority of states across the nation allowing a person the right-to-carry a concealed weapon."

Well, it's my opinion that the The Constitution and Bill
Of Rights pretty much apply accross state lines. Maybe one day the states will own up fully to the Second Amendment.

Good for missouri, I am glad texas has a concealed carry law. Car Jackings, armed robbery, and such are all down since this law was passed. Now bad guys have to wonder if they are about to rob a bank or restraunt with someone carrying a gun inside.


It is a good law, people have to go to safety class to obtain the permit and it will decrease violent crime. Make no mistake, having a concealed weapons law is not the reason people take guns to schools or courthouses to commit murder. Those are rare occurences that are carried out by stupid people.

Er, ah, you don't think violent crimes frequently take place outside of private bussiness property?

If the law is no good, tell that to the millions of Americans who have used firearms for self-defense this last year.

Well, they just gained a little more validation as far as Missouri law is concerned.
