Hi guys, I was wondering if the work out routine of compounds for females is the same as for man but less weight? if not where can I get a compound movements work out routine specially for females, thank you guys.
There are few, if any, differences needed between a female workout or a male one. As for the weight that's adjusted according to your strength levels again regardless of your sex.
Women have all the same muscles as men and should do all the same exercises that men do.
The only difference is that women generally have the goals of tightening and toning their physique rather then building sheer mass so most women will do high reps and take less rest between sets
