Completely stopped supps for a week

I`m taking a week off of training as well. Is this a good idea or should I have kept up with the supps?

vit c
ginger root
R-Ala
glucosamine
carao
creatine

I just wanted a break from everything. I only took like 2 protein shakes this past week as well. I think the body can use a rest from the supps. I know I`ve read to cycle the vitC AT LEAST. so I figured I can`t go wrong.

Starting back up with everything Monday.
 
No, I would stay on the multi-vitamin and anti-oxidants. Those are things even sedintary individuals should be using. Cycling vitamin C is of no benefit. Stay on it.

It`s only been a week so it`s no big deal, but A very respected member on the board mentioned the cycling of the Vit C a while back. I forget her name. She explained herself quite well and made sense.
Tomorrow`s my last day anyway.

That is ALOT of weight there dev.
 
i guess cycling vitamin C would depend on your diet. If you were on keto, then you would probably want to keep taking C and the multi. But it would not hurt to keep it in anyways since C is water soluble and stays with you until you sweat most of it out.
