Hi

I am looking to compete again in September in either trained figure or physique. I had my body fat measured last week with calipers (7 site test) and it was 14%. However when I last competed my body fat was 9% and I weighed 49kgs. I now weigh 55kg!! I wish to drop my bodyfat back down to 9%, maybe 8%. Question - does anyone think its possible to meet this goal by September the 5th? My abs are not yet out totally .... sigh ......

I know it seems impossible especially the diet part. With training, I'm doing between 2 - 3 hours per day. Please check out some pictures of me at Nabba Britain 2002 at this link http://www.uk-muscle.com/community/competitionpics/visa.asp?id=9&sida=2
I am the person in the second picture (in the middle) and in the 3rd picture in the top row and in the bottom rows theres a few more pics. For this competition I started training in February at a bodyweight of 57kgs and at the competition which was in May I was 49kgs. Ok so if I have done it before, why am I stressing now??? I guess because I have developed a vicious cycle of binge eating followed by bouts of strict, high protein dieting. Anyone had a simialr experience?

Ahhhh..........excuse me.............you are female........9% is where you want to be.....you did it before, you can do it again...........good luck!
