First thing

I suggest you do a search on the Supplment board on different types of Andro. There have been I believe two or Three generations of Pro Hormones. The newest being 1-ad, 5-ad, and some others. 1-AD is probably had the best results so far. Pro-hormones aren't the "real thing", they are supposed to convert in the body, and 1-ad seems to achieve that very well and is the safest. It doesn't raise Estrogen levels. Anything you increase test. levels in the body, the bodies mechanism attempts to balance it off with Estrogen. Estrogen in great levels = BAD!. 1-ad has no conversion what so ever. That doesn't mean there aren't any side effects. Things like lowered Sex drive and some hair loss are seen with this product. There are ways to help the lowered sex drive such as stacking with 4 -ad in little amount. As far as the hair thig goes, it depends on the person and amount of 1-ad your taking. I believe there are preventative measure you can take to aviod the hair loss, I could be wrong.

Some like to believe that Pro-hormones give you the same side effects as "real deal" so why not do the real thing. The response you get will vary person to person.

The only thing I would consider before taking pro-hormones is your age. How old are you? If you 16, then don't take them. Your bodies natural test production is through the roof anyways. Let your body grow some more. It will benefit you in the long run. You don't need to Fudge yourself up at a young age. You don't want your balls to fall out. j/k. You know what I mean.

As far as other types of Andro, I don't know too much about them. I have stacked 4 -ad with 19-nor and the results where pretty good, I got lots of strength, but I stopped 3 weeks into my 6 week cycle because I couldn't sleep, acne, and some other things. So. Do your homework. Make sure your diet is in check, it will only help you. Even though it will have no effect on how the pro-hormones work. Good Luck.

alright man thanks alot i am infact 17 although i have been training and dieting pretty religously for a few years now seeing how my dad is a bodybuilder although if i was to bring up pro hormones to him he would probaly slap a peice of steak on my lab and say "there's all the prohormones you need" lol so i just wanted to see whats what thanks alot for the post very helpfull now are all types of andro bad for some1 my age or could i sneak something else in to give me a lil boost cuz i am sick of my size i have been 185-190lbs at 6 feet for the past year and dieing to break 200lbs just need a lil help i dont know how much more chicken and rice i can take lol ok man thanks alot any other comments or information please post thank you...

Okay so you want to put on some weight. Are you performing cardio? If so try doing less or none at all. Second besides pro-hormones have you ever thought about supplementing with Creatine for alittle while? What does your protein intake look like? Chicken and rice aren't going to cut it. You need more Red Meats in your diet (I should talk). Many people like to stay lean and get big. Not happening. You need to put some fat on those abs. Start with a bulking cycle. Protein intake should 1 to 1.5 or even 2 grams per lb of body weight. Try to eat more then your already doing.

ok well my only cardio consists of running like a mile every other week just to keep my endurance up to par cuz i play football and plan on leavin for the marines next summer other then that really no cardio. and yes i have been taking creatine for a while now i just stopped like this week plannin on going back on next month becuse i hear it is better to cycle it so i am givin that a try i also take protein shakes i am gettin roughly 120grams of protein just in shakes never mind food i mainly eat pasta rice steak/chicken and alot of salad now i have been sitting around 185-190lbs back and forth i mean my strength is going up my bench has already increased from like 215lbs to 250lbs which i just recently put up
over the corse of about 4-5mnths but still at the same weight especially my chest has no size i dont get it. anyway all comments or suggestions r greatly appreciate so please post your comments thanks alot guys...

listen to John G - at your age, you still have more naturally-occurring hormones than you need. If you are serious about gaining mass you can increase your food intake dramatically and increase the weights you lift. But, if you're enlisting this summer (2002?), that would be a bad idea - you will inevitably gain fat during a bulking cycle, and they are only going to make you run it all off, along with whatever gains you make, in boot camp. the bigger you are, the more difficult it's going to be on you. If you want to be a Marine, forget bulking and just run constantly.

no i am not leaveing till late in the summer of 2003 so i wanna see what i can do now i am kind of big and belive me i can still run i just want to keep a lil of that along with some size...
