Ladies, EF is one of the large fitness forums in the world. There are 167,000 posts in the Women's fitness forum alone, spanning an entire decade.

But this isn't just a huge library, it's a community. Like RADAR said it takes less than a minute to join and it's totally free.

I'll sweeten the deal by giving the new members a free platimun account for one week that way you can search all the forums and see everything elite has to offer!

We can only keep this offer open until April 30th, ladies. Join now and get your free Platinum membership and start posting!

Well I'll jump in and say hello, since I'm one of those lurkers who has been on here for a couple months but haven't posted much. I love the forums though and have learned a ton!

A little about me..I'm from Alberta, Canada...37 years old...been training about 2.5 years and did my first figure show last October. I woke up one morning, about 3 years ago, weighing in at a ginormous 266.5 lbs and decided I needed to fix things! I never once dreamed I'd wind up training to compete but last January caught the bug and decided to go for it. It was an amazing experience but also a realization that it was just the beginning....I want to keep going, continue to improve myself...continue to change my body! I was the thinnest I'd been since I was probably 12 but didn't have a lot of muscle either.

So..I have just finished a bulking phase and am beginning a 10 week cut, with the goal of competing on June 26. I personally think I'm behind and not gonna be able to take off what I need to but my trainer, so far, is confident we'll get there. Why does an "aggressive cut" sound scary? lol We'll make the decision further down the road. If not in June, I'll work towards October, which would give me a bit more time. I don't have that same "do or die" feeling I did last year where I just had to get there and do it. This time around I want to be sure I have progressed enough to be a little bit more competative.

Anyway...that's me in a nutshell! It has truly been a life changing experience.

I ordered some need2slin and was thinking about doing a log during the cut but we'll see...I think I'm a little photo shy! :) lol

And now you're a Platinum member for the next week. :) You can upload a larger avatar now if you'd like, create a custom user title, can choose to not view banners, and (the most valuable feature I think) now have unlimited use of the Search function. That last privilege allows you to fully mine all the millions of threads on EF since it's founding.

A log would be great, Roxy. Those journals are what really help all of us make more informed decisions about various OTC products. IME all of Needto's products are solid, but having another women "test drive" it for us is always appreciated.

Welcome Roxy 722 I would also be interested in seeing your log on some of our sponsors products esp needtoslin.

Thanks so much for the Plantinum! I will definitely take advantage of it!

I'll email need2 and get his thoughts on dosing, taking it for a cut or after, etc etc..and let ya know. I know what you mean though..I've followed quite a few logs on here and they help a lot!
