College diet??

Hey guys........ I haven't been on EF for the past 2 weeks since I've been doing my best to live up college.

My diet has been pretty unorganized; at times i have real healthy meals and at times i pig out on whatever. I have the highgest meal plan, so I can go to eat anytime really. I only have 4-5 classes, and they are

Monday: 8:30-9:20 and 9:30-10:20
Tuesday: 8:30-9:20, and 2 classes from about 1:00-4:15, 7:00-9:00
Wednesday: 9:30-10:20
Thursday: 8:30-9:20, 2 classes from about 1:00-4:15
Friday: 8:30-9:20 and 9:30-10:20


Not sure if that was relevant but i already typed it up so i might as well leave it. Tuesday's are a bitch- the only healthy foods I have in my room are almonds and protein bars, so they're at my disposal for Tues/Thurs classes.

I have a lot of food i can eat as well, but not as much as most schools since mine only has about 2400 and there is only 1 main dining hall among some smaller places...

I'm basically looking for ideas on food that I should consider bringing up and ideas on time slots I can eat, especially for Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Any feedback is much appreciated as always

when i go out at night i drink 100 g of micellar casein protein before going out because i wont be eating any food for 5 hours or longer. it keeps me anabolic for 5-7 hours. i would do something similar to this, drink a lot of micellar casein so even if you miss a meal or dont get enough protein in a meal there is the casein for emergency.
 
Well I usually kept my refrigerator stocked with RTD protein shakes (monster milk, muscle milk) and of course protein bars. Definitely invested in trail mix during classes.

As for Tue/Thur, my college mess hall opened up at 0700 so I was able to get in then, not sure what your hours are. Usually most mess halls (for campuses with a meal plan) also have a snack time, ours was 1500, so I was able to get in then as well.

I'm in college as well. If you can stomach it, and don't have fussy roomates, you can get some sardines for protein while you're in your room. I'm cutting on a CKD right now and practically live off the shit. It's easy though since I love fishy fish. Since I liveoff campus I throw a few cans in my backpack and take em on campus for a quick meal or two between classes. I was eating tuna, but got worried about mercury, especially since I was eating like 8 cans a day. Anyway I'm just rambling now.

I'm in the same boat as you man, i try to eat just about every chance i can get, and make sure I never go longer than 2-3 hours. I'll eat one dinner at 5, then one at 7, because thats when mine closes :\ I've tried eating really good to eating pizza and fatty meats.. i just can't seem to gain weight lol
 
haha shibs. I seem to be the opposite of you bro- i'm at around 5'9, 171 and my abs are starting to not be as visible so i gotta keep up with my diet, lifting, and cardio (wow i hated typing cardio). good luck dude! I'm sure it'll kick in eventually

where you go to college?
 
make your own gainer smoothy like me:
2 servings:
1 banana
100-150g whey protein (I like needtowhey )
50g oatmeal
*25g dextrose (not needed thow)*
4 tbs peanutbutter
handfull frozen berrys
3g creatine
2g beta-alinine

fillerup with water or milk, blend and fill a couple water bottles up and bring to school.
