coffee creamer question

Since I just noticed that the non-dairy coffee creamer I use contains hydrogenated crap, would half & half be better? Something else maybe?

I know they both have fat, but I'm guessing the hydrogenated oils are worse. Which would be better?

always avoid partially hydrogenated anything. Personally, I would use n/f milk.

Half and half would be better for sure -- and you can even get a fat-free version if the fat is a concern for you. If you are sensitive to dairy, however, there is also a good-tasting soymilk creamer out there made by Silk that comes in several flavors. :-)
